We offer personal training and small group training options, both led by certified personal trainers.

Personal Training Introductory Package
The three, 50-minute Personal Training Introductory Package is designed to help you learn how to use the club and increase the effectiveness of your workouts with one-on-one sessions with a Personal Trainer.

SESSION 1
You will begin with an introduction to the effectiveness of Resistance Training. Plus, you'll get familiar with cardio equipment and learn appropriate flexibility techniques.

SESSION 2
Next, we'll introduce you to advanced Resistance Training using free weights and cable equipment. This session will provide you with an understanding of how both resistance training with machines and free weights are important and effective in achieving your fitness goals.

SESSION 3
Lastly, you'll learn how to work out using functional training equipment like stability balls, balance cushions, resistance bands and more. It's challenging, different and fun.

These sessions will vary based upon your fitness level and experience. At the end of these three sessions, you'll come away feeling inspired, energized and more comfortable and confident with a better understanding of what the club has to offer.

GT24 Group Training
24 Hour Fitness offers a training option for members that combines the intensity and focus of personal training with the inspiration and savings of working out with a small group. Created and led by certified personal trainers, each multi-week session targets specific goals and progresses in intensity as members build skills and strength together.
