What classes does 24 Hour Fitness offer, and are they free?
a. 24 Hour Fitness offers a variety of classes designed to cater to all athletic abilities fitness goals and preferences. Majority are free with membership but some require add on. Here are some of the class categories you can find at our gyms:
- Cardio Classes
- Strength & Conditioning
- Mind and Body
- Dance and Specialty
- Water-Based
- Active-Aging
b. Be sure to look at your local clubs schedule or talk with a local 24 Hour Fitness employee to see what’s available.
Do I need to bring anything for the classes?
a. Essentials include a water bottle, towel, appropriate workout attire, and maybe a mat for yoga or Pilates. Some classes might require specific equipment but no worries these will be provided for you to use.
About how long are the classes?
a. Most classes last 60 minutes but we do offer 30 min classes as well. Please try and arrive a few minutes early to ensure you’re on time and ready.
Does 24 Hour Fitness have classes for Seniors?
a. Yes! Check out our Active Aging page to explore more then look at your local clubs class schedule to see when those classes are!
Are fitness classes suitable for beginners?
a. Yes, all of our Group X classes are designed to accommodate all levels, including beginners. Talk to one of our 24 Hour Fitness Team Members about the classes and inform the instructor about your experience level.
How often should I attend fitness classes to see results?
a. We suggest you aim for at least 3-4 times a week for noticeable improvements. However, consistency is key, so find a schedule that you can maintain long-term.
How do I choose the right fitness class for me?
a. Consider your fitness goals, current fitness level, interests, and any medical conditions. Try many of our different classes to see which you enjoy the most. Talk with one of our 24 Hour Fitness Coaches for personalized recommendations.
What are the benefits of group fitness classes?
a. Group fitness classes provide motivation, structure, and social interaction. They can help improve consistency, make workouts more enjoyable, and provide guidance from our experienced instructors.
