Place Your 24 Hour Fitness Membership on a Courtesy Freeze

All 24 Hour Fitness memberships were placed on a freeze when gyms closed on April 16, 2020. When gyms reopen in your area and your membership is reactivated, you have the option to request an additional one-month courtesy freeze if you’re not ready to come back to the gym. We are here to support you!
