Baked Salmon With Garlic Green Beans
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 wild salmon fillets
- sea salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 bag organic green beans, washed and trimmed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place salmon fillets into a baking sheet. Season salmon with salt and pepper, and squeeze lemon and drizzle oil over the top. Bake 30 minutes until salmon is flakey and opaque.
While salmon is cooking, heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add butter and freshly grated garlic of one clove, salt and pepper. If you like a little spice, then add sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Add green beans and toss a couple of times to coat everything evenly.
Saute beans on high heat for 1 to 2 minutes, then reduce heat to medium until they are caramelized or your desired degree of tenderness. Transfer to a large platter and serve. Once the salmon is cooked, remove from oven and enjoy!
