K+K Total Body Workout

Workout: Do 15 reps per move. Repeat the circuit two times through!

1. Squat + Press

Sculpts your legs, booty, and shoulders.

  • Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
  • Keeping your chest up and core engaged, lower into a squat position—booty back and thighs as close to parallel to the ground as possible.
  • Driving through your heels, come back up to standing as you press the dumbbells overhead.

2. Bent Over Row

Sculpts your back and arms.

  • Begin standing with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Send your hips back and chest forward to hit a bent-over position — back flat, neck neutral, and shoulders relaxed down your back.
  • Row the dumbbells toward your chest, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
  • Straighten your arms back toward the ground.

3. Reverse Lunge + Curl

Sculpts your legs, booty, and biceps.

  • Begin standing with feet together, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  • Engaging your core, step your right foot back, and lower until your legs are bent at 90 degrees, and back knee is hovering just above the ground.
  • At the same time, curl the dumbbells up to your chest.
  • Come back up to standing by stepping the right foot forward and lowering the dumbbells back down.
  • Repeat on the other side.

4. Cross Body Punches

Sculpts your shoulders, arms, and abs.

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at chest height.
  • Engage your core as you punch your right hand across your body.
  • Repeat on the left side.

5. Rock the Boat

Sculpts your entire core!

  • Start seated with your knees bent and feet lifted about six inches off the ground, holding a dumbbell in both hands at chest height.
  • With a flat back and chest lifted, lean back at a 45-degree angle.
  • Engage your core as you twist your torso to the right, then back to center.
  • Repeat on the left side.
