Double Up the Fun With This Total-Body Partner Workout

Grab a partner and work up a sweat with just five moves, plus a warm-up and cool-down, and two pieces of equipment. It’s the perfect workout to make gym time “together” time.

Instructions: Perform each move for 60 seconds, resting 30 seconds between each exercise. Repeat the entire circuit through, and repeat twice for a longer workout.
